To fix that: run DISM /online /disable-feature /featurename:NetFx3 in Admin Command Prompt. Then re-let 3.5. It takes five minutes.
Still seeing “MSVCP100.dll missing”? That’s a registry issue. Go to HKEYLOCALMACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows.
Create a new DWORD named DisableThreadLibraryCalls and set it to 1.
